Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with its original packaging, certificates, and included accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.

3. Customized Engagement Rings

Engagement rings configured with your selected diamond shape, carat weight, gold color, and ring size are eligible for our 14-day return policy.

For other personalized items, including engraved jewelry, any different return conditions will be clearly disclosed before purchase, subject to applicable law.
