A comfortable fit starts with a careful measurement.
Measure an existing ring
Use a ring that fits the same finger. Measure straight across its inside opening in millimetres, excluding the metal. Compare with the table.

EU sizes below use inside circumference rounded to the nearest millimetre. Conversions are approximate; confirm your fit before ordering.

Before choosing your size
Temperature and time of day can change finger size. Wider bands may fit differently. String and paper wraps can give misleading measurements. Contact MET DIAMOND if you are between sizes.
